在脉冲微反装置上轻柴油裂解结焦过程的研究——Ⅱ.结焦抑制剂的筛选及其对产物分布的影响

摘要 在脉冲微反装置上完成了结焦抑制剂的筛选,并考察了它对产物分布的影响。实验证实:一部分含硫有机化合物具有明显的结焦抑制作用,可作为轻柴油裂解结焦抑制剂。它们不但抑制均相、非均相结焦过程,而且会影响裂解产物分布和提高乙烯选择性。本研究首次利用脉冲微反装置实现了结焦抑制剂的筛选和考察,从而为研究裂解结焦过程开辟了新途径。 The screening of coking-inhibitors ahd the investigation of the influence of inhibitor on product distribution have been made in a pulsed micro-reactor (pyrolysis/coke deposition) experimental system developed by the authors. It is verified in experiment that some surphur compounds are outstanding in coking inhibition function. The coking inhibitors not only inhibit the homogeneous and heterogeneous coke deposition processes but also influence pyrolysis product distribution and ethylene selectivity as well. This study is the first trial of screening and investigation of coking-inhibitors in a pulsed micro-reactor system,and thus opens a new way for the investigation of coke deposition process in pyrolysis.
