摘要
本文在区分科学技术的两种主要含义的基础上 ,探讨了对科学技术的伦理评价的本质以及这种伦理评价对科学技术的张力。作者初步分析了伦理评价对科学技术作用的特点、模式和根本标准 ,提出了正确认识和处理科技与伦理之间关系的一些基本原则。
On the basis of two distinct definitions of science and technology,This paper explores the essence of the ethical evaluation of science and technology and the impact of the former on the latter The author makes a tentative analysis of the impact of ethical evaluation on science and technology and the pattern and criteria thereof,and puts forward some basic principles of correctly viewing and handling the relationship between ethical evaluation and science and technology
