关于技术和技术哲学的对话——也与陈昌曙、远德玉教授商谈

A Dialogue about Technology & Philosophy of Technology --Negotiation with Professor Chen Chang-shu & Yuan De-yu

本文从语用学角度讨论如何界定技术的方法论问题 ,分析当代技术哲学中的七种技术定义 ,指出它们分属于技术哲学的三个不同学派 ,即技术工具论学派、技术实体论学派及技术社会批判学派。进而考察陈昌曙、远德玉教授提出的技术三个基本特征的观点 ,指出其优缺点 ,并提出新的技术定义。与此定义相联系 ,简述以技术认识论为核心的技术哲学研究纲领。

This paper discusses problems of methodology about how to definite the concept of technology from the riew of pragmatics, analyses seven definitions of technology in contemporary philosophy of technology, and points out that those difinitions belong to one of the three schools separately, they are either instramental theories,sabstantive theories, or critical theories. The paper also analyses the paints of reiw of three basic characteristics of technology which was developed by Professor Chen and Yuan.Finally, we develop our own difiniton of technology in the paper, and explain our research programmes of philosophyof technology which puts epistemology of technology at the core of philosophy of technotogy.
