摘要
组合化学和分子多样性已经成为药物研究和开发的重要工具之一 ,它们的主要作用就是使药物研究与开发能更好、更快和更经济。从组合库的设计、合成以及多样性分析等方面对组合化学近几年的研究情况进行综述。并且重点对组合库的合成与设计的研究进行了讨论。
Combinatory chemistry and molecular diversity are turning into one of the important tools of pharmaceutical research and development,and they can help to make pharmaceutical research and development better,faster,and cheaper.Advance of combinatorial chemistry in the design and construct of combinatorial library and molecular diversity analysis have been reviewed in recent several years,and this text focused on the advance of the design and construct of combinatorial library.
