激光泪道成形术治疗难治性先天性鼻泪管阻塞

Treatment of Refractory Congenital Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction with Laser Dacryocystoplasty

目的 评价激光泪道成形术治疗难治性先天性鼻泪管阻塞的效果。方法 采用KTP激光泪道成形术对 15例 (15眼 )难治性先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿进行治疗 ,观察其临床效果。结果 术后随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,治愈率为 93 3% ,无并发症发生。结论 激光泪道成形术能够安全、有效治疗难治性先天性鼻泪管阻塞。

Objective To evaluate the effect of KTP Nd∶YAG laser dacryocystoplasty in the treatment of refractory congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods Fifteen cases (15 eyes) with refractory congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction were treated by KTP laser dacryocystoplasty. Results In the follow up for 6-24 months, the cure rate was 93 3%. No postoperative complications were observed in all patients. Conclusion The KTP Nd∶YAG laser dacryocystoplasty may safely and effectively treat patients with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction who failed probing.
