Research and Analysis to Behavior and Health Status of People Living in Demonstration Community of Chronic Disease Prevention and Control in Sanming City.

目的 掌握慢性非传染性疾病的现状及行为危险因素 ,制订干预措施 ,为防治评价提供科学依据。 方法 对示范社区内所有常住人群进行入户调查。 结果 调查 3 0岁以上人群 3 2 15 6人 ,其吸烟率为 2 5 .17% (男 4 8.3 9% ,女1.13 % ,P<0 .0 1) ,饮酒率为 19.2 5 % (男 3 5 .91%、女 1.99% ,P<0 .0 1) ,缺乏锻炼占 70 .3 2 % (男 69.2 3 % ,女 71.4 4 % ,P<0 .0 1) ,肥胖占 2 1.2 6% (男 2 3 .0 2 % ,女 19.18% ,P<0 .0 1) ,高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的患病率分别为 19.0 2 %、3 .5 9%、1.3 4 %。慢性病的患病率与年龄、收入、体重指数、文化程度有关。 结论 该示范点慢性病患病以高血压、冠心病、糖尿病为前 3位 ,主要行为危险因素是缺乏体育锻炼、吸烟。

Objective In order to know the state and risk factors of chronic diseases and to work out intervention measures and advices for chronic disease prevention. Methods A survery was performed in all people who had lived in demonstration community for a long time. Results 32,156 people aged above 30 years old were investigated. The smoking rate was 25.17%(that of male was 48.39%, female 1.13%,P<0.01), The drinking rate was 19.25%(that of male was 35.91% , female 1.99%,P<0.01). The exercise lacking rate was 70.32%(that of female was 71.44%, male 69.23%,P<0 01),The obesity rate was 21.26%(male 23.02%, female 19.18%,P<0.01),the prevalence rate of Hypertension?coronary' heart disease and diabetic was 19.02%?3.59%?1.34%. The morbidity of chronic disease was related to age, income, BMI and education level. Conclusions The order of the prevalence rate of chronic diseases was hypertension?coronry heart disease and diabetic.The prevailing interference factors are smoking? drinking and the tacking of exercises. Different health eduction methods should be adopted to different people for forming a sound health behavior.
