摘要
在当前的超强竞争时代 ,作为企业间合作形式的联盟网络的作用日益重要。本文从全新的角度———资源与能力的转移与整合 ,对联盟问题进行了开创性的系统研究 ,不仅丰富了企业资源论 。
As an important organizationanl mechanism of cooperation between firms,alliance and network is playing increasingly a significant role in business success The paper makes a systematic study of alliance and network in a new perspective, i.e. resources transfer and capability integration based on business resources theory.It can not only enrich the resource*Mbased theory,but also provide a new idea to build competitive advantages in a dynamic environment.
