E_1注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of E_1 injection in treating peripheral neuropathy in diabetes

目的 观察E1注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 41例病人随机分成对照组 (2 0例 )和治疗组 (2 1例 ) ,两组均予口服降糖药物、B族维生素和神经生长因子等治疗 ,治疗组加用前列腺E注射液 ,总疗程 2个月 ,观察两组临床症状、体征及周围神经传导速度恢复情况。结果 治疗组较对照组在临床症状、体征及神经传导速度恢复方面明显优于对照组 ,且无明显副作用出现。结论 E1注射液联合B族维生素。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of E 1 injection in treating peripheral neuropathy in diabetes.Methods 41 cases were assigned to treatment group and control group randomly.Two groups administered oral drug to lower sugar,vitamin B and nerve growth factors,etc.E 1 injection was used in treatment group additionally.The total course of treatment is two months.We investigated the recovery of clinical synptoms,signs and peripheral nerve conduction velocity in the two groups.Results The recovery in treatment group was more significant than in control group and no obvious side effect appeared.Conclusion E 1 combined with vitamin B and nerve growth factors is effective in treating peripheral neuropathy in diabetes.
