栓塞治疗颌面部蔓状血管瘤的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of embolism on maxillofacial hemangioma recemosum

目的 研究栓塞血供动脉治疗颌面部蔓状血管瘤。方法 使用平阳霉素加明胶海绵颗粒栓塞血供动脉治疗颌面部蔓状血管瘤。结果 在 13例病例中 ,治疗后瘤体搏动及杂音消失 ,随访 48～ 5 4个月未见复发。结论 采用平阳霉素加明胶海绵栓塞血供动脉治疗颌面部蔓状血管瘤 ,是一种安全可靠的方法。

Objective To study the therapy of maxillofacial hemangioma racemosum by embolizing its blood supply artery.Methods The maxillofacial hemangioma was treated by embolizing its blood supply artery with Pingyangmycine and gelfoam.Results In 13 cases,the pulsation and murmur of hemangiomas disappeared after treatment,recurrence was not found after follow-up for 48～54 months.Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method to treat maxillofacial hemangioma by embolizing its blood supply artery with Pingyangmycine and gelfoam.
