前牙根折正畸牵引后联冠修复的临床应用

The clinical apply of unit crown restoration for orthodontic treatment of fracture roots of anterior teeth

目的: 探讨前牙根颈部折断,正畸牵引法伸长后,联冠修复的临床应用。方法: 对13例上前牙根折达龈下2mm-4mm的患者,先行部分弓矫治伸长牙根后,再利用邻牙行金属熔附烤瓷全冠(PFM)联冠修复。结果: 除1例因慢性根尖周炎经治疗无效而拔除外,其余效果良好。结论: 本方法既保存了天然牙根,又保持了正常的牙龈外观,达到了美观、牢固、舒适的要求,是一种较理想的修复上前牙根颈部折断的方法。

Objective:Discuss fracture roots at neck of anterior teeth and clinical apply of unit crown restoration withthe methods of orthdontic treatment. Methods: To orthoter the root with partly arch orthotherapy at maxillary anterior rootthat under gingival 2-4mm,then make use of the restoration of PFM unit crown. Results: All is effective except one thatis failure because of diseases of periapical tissue. Conclusions: The methods keep not only the nature roots,but also thenormal character gingival. So it can benefit the require of patients.It is a good method to restore fracture root of maxillaryanterior teeth.
