摘要
目的 观察脑瘤消胶囊对实验性荷S180肉瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用 ,探讨脑瘤消胶囊治疗颅内肿瘤的作用机制。方法 随机将小鼠分为 6组 :正常对照组、荷S180肉瘤模型组、模型 +环己亚硝脲组和模型 +脑瘤消小、中、大剂量组。小鼠皮下接种S180肉瘤后开始灌胃给药 ,每天一次 ,连续 8天。停药后次日处死小鼠 ,称瘤重后计算瘤重抑制百分率 ,并对瘤组织进行病理学检查 ,实验共重复三次。结果 与模型组 (ig生理盐水 )比较 ,脑瘤消胶囊各剂量组小鼠肿瘤明显缩小 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 0 .5~ 2 .0g/kg脑瘤消胶囊灌胃给药可明显抑制小鼠荷S180实体瘤的生长和浸润。
Objective By observing the anticancer effect of NAO LIU XIAO capsule on the mice bearing implants of sarcoma S180 experimentally, we hope to explore the mechanisms of the capsule on treating intracranial cancer. Methods Mice were randomly divided into six groups. They were the control group of normal mice, the model group of mice bearing implants of sarcoma S180, the group of model mice treated with 1-(2-Chloroethyl)-3-Cyclohexyl-1-Nitrosourea, and the groups of model mice treated with small, middle and large dosages of NAO LIU XIAO capsule. Having been subcutaneously implanted sarcoma S180,mice were given drugs ig once daily for eight days. On the next day of stopping administration, all mice were killed and tumors were isolated. After being weighed to analyze the inhibition rate of tumor weight, the tumors were examined for pathologic change. The experiment was repeated three times. Results After administration, it was found that the tumors in the model mice treated with NAO LIU XIAO capsule were remarkably smaller than those in the model mice treated with NS (P<0.01). Conclusion NAO LIU XIAO capsule, in a dose range from 0.5-2.0g/kg ig, could obviously inhibit tumor growth and tumor cellular infiltration in the mice bearing SC implants of sarcoma S180.
