无明显器质性心脏病患者室性早搏心率变异的特点

The character of heart rate variation in non-organic cardiopathy patients who have ventricular premature beat.

目的 研究无明显器质性心脏病患者 (NOCP)的室性早搏与自主神经功能之间的关系。方法 对 5 0例无明显器质性心脏病室性早搏患者及 10 0例健康人做 2 4h长程心率变异 (HRV)比较 ,分析NOCP室性早搏的HRV的变化。结果 NOCP的室性早搏与健康人相比 ,迷走神经活性明显降低 ,交感神经活性明显增强。结论 NOCP的室性早搏与迷走神经活性降低有密切的关系。

Objective We study the relation between ventricular premature beat in non-organic cariopathy patients (NOCP) with the function of autonomic nerve.Methods 50 non-organic cardiopathy patients who have ventricular premature beat are compared with 100 healthy persons in heart rate variation.(24 hours' long duration).Results The non-organic cardiopathy patients who have ventricular premature beat show decreased activity of vagus nerve.They have greatchanges in the activity of sympathetic nerve.Conclusion The ventricular premature beat in NOCP has great thing to do with the decreased activity of vagus nerve.
