类风湿性关节炎患者血浆及血小板GMP-140的变化及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血浆及血小板GMP-140的变化并研究其变化在该病中的意义,为这一疾病的治疗探索合理的方案。方法:运用流式细胞仪(FCM)和放射免疫法测定31例RA患者血小板膜表面以及血浆GMP-140的水平。结果:RA患者血小板膜表面和血浆GMP-140水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论RA患者血小板膜表面和血浆GMP-140水平增高,提示患者体内部分血小板活化,这些活化的分子标记物又参与炎症反应,加重原发病。 Objective: In order to explore the relationship between the changes of the platelet granule membrane protein (GMP-140) on platelets and in plasma in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and to study its mechanism as well as the significance in the state of the RA, providing the reasonable schemes for the disease. Methods: The GMP-140 on platelets by flow cytometry(FCM) and the concentration of GMP-140 in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay in 31 patients. The results were compared with those of normal group. Results: The percentage of platelet binding antibody specific to GMP-140 conjugated with FITC in patients with RA was higher than it in normal group(P<0.01). The level of GMP-140 in plasma in patients with RA was higher than those in normal group (P<0.01 ). Conclusion: Platelets were activated in patients with RA. Those activated platelets may bring about higher levels of GMP-140 on platelet and in plasma and involve with inflammation.
