采用硫铵循环法生产硝酸磷肥的可行性分析

对混酸法与硫铵循环法生产硝酸磷肥进行对比分析 ,后者实现了废渣、废水的零排放 ,降低了硝酸磷肥的生产成本。同时还对硫铵循环法进行了试验 ,并得出了合适的工艺条件。

The mixed acid process and the ammonium sulfate recycle process for nitrophosphate production are compared and analyzed. In the latter process zero discharge of waste residue and wastewater is realized, thereby reducing the nitrophosphate production cost. Also, an experiment is carried out on the ammonium sulfate recycle process, and appropriate process conditions are put forward.
