摘要
目的 :建立用GC法测定进口肉桂中桂皮醛的含量。方法 :以SE - 5 4为固定相 ,柱长 2m ,进样口温度 2 0 0℃ ,检测器温度 2 2 0℃ ,程序升温 10 0～ 2 0 0℃ ,升温速率 10℃·min-1;载气为氮气。结果 :桂皮醛进样量在 0 10～ 0 6 0 μg范围内其峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系。Y =12 17 2X - 191 7,r =0 9999。回收率为 10 2 2 % ,RSD为 2 4 3% (n =6 )。结论 :首次将GC法用于进口药材肉桂挥发性成分桂皮醛测定 ,方法简便 ,精确 。
This paper reports a GC method for the determination of volatility composition cinnam aldehyde in Cassia. Using a column packed with SE-54 as stationary phase and nitrogen as the carrier gas. The column is 2 meters long. The injector temperature is 200℃.The detector temperature is 220℃. The temperature programming is 100～200℃. super-heating rate is 10℃·min -1 . The standard curves is linear between 0 10～0 60ug. The recovery is 102 2%(RSD=2 43%,n=6). The method is simple and accurate. Scientific data were supplied for the establishment of the limits of the crude drug.
