应激对大鼠血清皮质醇及白细胞介素2、6、8水平的影响

Effects of Stress on Serum Interleukin 2, 6, 8 and Cortisol Levels in Rats

目的 :探讨心理应激时 ,大鼠血清皮质醇及IL -2、IL -6、IL -8水平的改变。方法 :雄性SD大鼠 18只 ,随机分为对照组 8只 ,实验组 10只 ;制造心理社会应激动物模型 ,于应激后 1h取大鼠血清 ,用放射免疫法检测血清IL -2、IL -6、IL -8及皮质醇水平。结果 :应激后 1h ,皮质醇水平显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;IL -2、IL -6和IL -8水平皆显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :心理应激后 ,大鼠免疫功能受到抑制。

Objective: To study the changes of serum interleukin levels and immune function of rats under stress. Method: 18 male rats were randomly divided into two groups, stress group (10) received 'psychosocial'stress and their serum were taken after 1 hour; control group (8). Serum interleukin 2, 6, 8 and cortisol levels of all subjects were determined. Results: Compared with control group, the level of serum cortisol increased after stress (6.51±2.5/3.76±0.4 (ug/dl, t=3.45, P<0.01), while levels of interleukin 2, 6, 8 decreased significantly (27.2±3.0/31.6±4.2 ng/ml, t=2.55, P<0.05; 218.4±18.5/256.5±36.5 pg/ml, t=2.68, P<0.05; 0.05±0.03/0.09±0.03pg/ml, t=2.51, P<0.05). Conclusion: After psychosocial stress, the immune function of rats was inhibited.
