摘要
目的 :复制吗啡戒断大鼠模型 ,观察电针对其血、脑组织胃动素 (motilin,MOT)水平的影响。方法 :给大鼠连续注射递增量吗啡 8d ,造成其对吗啡依赖。停药后给予强度为 2mA ,频率2~ 1 0 0Hz混频刺激 ,放射免疫法测定血液、脑组织中MOT水平。结果 :与正常大鼠比较吗啡戒断大鼠血浆MOT含量有下降趋势 ,而脑组织中MOT含量有上升趋势 ,电针后均有向正常恢复趋势。结论 :电针对吗啡戒断大鼠血。
Objective:To establish morphine withdrawal model of rat and to observe the effect of electro acupuncture(EA) on motilin(MOT) level of rat brain and blood. Method: Morphine dependence was induced in Wistar rats by successive injection of morphine for 8 days,and EA 2 mA in strength at Zusanli(ST 36) point was given after withdrawal of morphine with mixed frequencies of 2~100 Hz.The content of MOT in the brain and blood were assayed by radioimmunoassay.Result: The content of MOT in the blood of morphine abstinent rats showed decreased tendency and that in the brain showed increased tendency as compared with those of the normal control group. After EA, the changes of above MOT level showed tendency to normalization. Conclusion: EA has innocent modulation effect on the contents of MOT in morphine withdrawal rats.
