摘要
目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定沙棘油中维生素E的含量。方法 :C18 ODS柱为色谱柱、甲醇 水 ( 98∶2 )为流动相 ,流速为 1 .5ml/min ,检测波长 :2 80nm。结果 :线性范围 0 .9～ 6 .0μg(r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 99.1 7% ,RSD为 1 .4 8% (n =5 )。结论 :本法操作简便 。
Objective:To determine the content of Vitamin E in oil of Fructus hippophae by reversed phase high performance liquid cromatography(RP HPLC).Method:The RP HPLC system consisted of C 18 ODS co lumn,mobile phase of methanol water(98∶2),with 1.5 ml/min of flow rate,detection wave length at 280 nm.Result:The linear range was 0.9～6.0 μg (r=0.999 8).The mean recovery was 99.17%,RSD=1.48% (n=5).Conclusion:This method is convenient,precise and reliable.uctushippophae;VitaminE ;Rever
