2型糖尿病患者的述情障碍及相关因素研究

The Factors Relating to Alexithymia of the Patiens with Diabetes

目的 探讨 2型糖尿病的述情障碍及相关因素。方法 采用多伦多述情障碍量表 (TAS) ,艾森克成人个性问卷 (GPQ)、SIMH精神卫生自评量表 (SCL— 90 )测查 78例 2型糖尿病患者 ,并以 74例正常人作对照。结果 提示2型糖尿病患者有述情障碍 ,其描述情感的能力欠缺 ,不易认识和区别情绪和躯体感受 ,多属外向型思维 ,具有缺乏幻想和想象力的特点。多元相关分析发现 ,2型糖尿病患者 ,个性越内倾 ,越难以认识和区分情绪和躯体感受 ;其情绪越不稳定 ,对情感的描述能力以及认识、区别情绪和躯体的感受的能力越低下。多元逐步回归分析发现 ,偏执和精神质个性缺陷是 2型糖尿病患者述情障碍的重要因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者存在述情障碍 。

Objective To investigate the factors relating to the alexithymia of the patients with diabetes.Methods 78 patients with diabetes and 74 control subjects were assessed by using TAS,SCL-90,EPQ-Multiple correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis was uesed as the major statistical methods.Results The patients with diabetes thowded alesithymia.They were deficient in the ability to describe emotion,recognize,distinguish between emotion and body feeling,uesed to extroversion thought and lacked fancy.There was close relation between personality traits and alexithymia.The more the parients with diabetes were introversive,the more they were deficient in the ability to recognize and distinguish between emotion and body feeling.Diabetes patrents' paranoid ideation and psychoticism were major factors relating to the alexithymia.Conclusion The patients with diabetes showed alexithymia relating to personality traits and kther psychological health state.
