肺恶性肿瘤的胸腔镜外科治疗

The role of video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery in the treatment of carcinoma of the lungs

目的 探索电视胸腔镜技术在肺恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用。方法 4 7例非小细胞肺癌接受了电视胸腔镜手术 ,其中肺叶切除 4 0例 ,楔形切除 7例。结果 全部在胸腔镜下完成手术 ,平均手术时间 90分钟 ,平均失血量 15 0ml,平均住院日 8 2天。并发症发生率 10 6 %。经 3～ 31个月随访 ,近期效果良好。
