摘要 介绍了机载分子筛产氧系统OBMSOGS(OnBoardMolecularSieveOx ygenGeneratingsystem)的工作原理和变压吸附PSA(PressureSwingAdsorption)的基本理论 ,建立了分子筛氧浓缩器MSOC(MolecularSieveOxygenConcentrator)的数学模型 .模型考虑了筛床的传热传质、压力变化和吸附热引起的吸附等温梯度的变化等因素对吸附性能的影响 .动力方程采用线性推动力方程 ,采用混合Langmuir吸附等温理论计算吸附量 . The operating principle of the OnBoard Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) and the basic theory of enriching oxygen with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) are briefly introduced. A nonisothermal adsorption model to simulate the dynamic PSA process has been established with consideration of the factors of mass transfer, heat transfer as well as pressure variation in the column. In the model, linear driving force for adsorption rate and mixed Langmuir isothermal theory for calculating equilibrium amount adsorbed are adopted. The adsorption process of adsorption bed is simulated and the result is analyzed.
