苦荞胰蛋白酶抑制剂对HL-60细胞增殖的抑制作用

Antiproliferative effect of tartary buckwheat trypsin inhibitor on HL-60 cells

应用MTT法分析了苦荞胰蛋白酶抑制剂对急性髓细胞性白血病细胞株HL 60细胞生长的影响。结果显示 :苦荞胰蛋白酶抑制剂能够显著抑制HL 60白血病细胞的增殖 ,而对正常细胞毒性较小 ,其IC5 0值分别为 0 2 9g/L和 1 0 1g/L ,并且对HL 60细胞增殖的抑制作用呈明显的剂量 -效应和时间 -效应关系。这一结果表明 ,苦荞胰蛋白酶抑制剂可显著地抑制HL 60细胞的增殖 。

The antiproliferative effect of tartary buckwheat trypsin inhibitor(TBTI) was determined by MTT assay on human acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) HL 60 cells.The data showed that TBTI obviously inhibited the proliferation of HL 60 leukemia cells in a dose dependent and time dependent manner,whereas less cytotoxicity on normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs), with the 50% inhibitory concentrations(IC50) of about 0 29 g/L and 1 01 g/L, respectively.The result suggests that TBTI may have potential for treating human leukemia as an interesting new antineoplastic agent.
