复方中药对肝硬化大鼠Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达的影响

Effect of compound Chinese herbs on the expression of hepatic tissue collagen type Ⅰ mRNA in cirrhotic rats

目的 探讨中药对肝硬化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达的影响。方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT PCR)测定大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达水平。结果 治疗组大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达 ( 0 70 9± 0 12 5 )显著低于模型组( 1 0 15± 0 14 5 ) ,P <0 0 5。与对照组 ( 0 696± 0 164)相比无显著差异。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Chinese herbs on the expression of hepatic tissue collagen type Ⅰ mRNA in CCl 4 induced cirrhosis rats. Methods The expression of hepatic tissue collagen type Ⅰ mRNA was determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR). Results Collagen type Ⅰ mRNA levels(0 709±0 125)of the group with Chinese herbs were significantly lower than that of the group without receiving Chinese herbs(1 015±0 145), P <0 05,but it had no significant difference from control group(0 696±0 164). Conclusion Compound Chinese herbs can significantly decrease the expression of hepatic tissue collagen type Ⅰ mRNA in CCl 4 induced cirrhosis rats.
