摘要
对 2 0例恶性组织细胞病进行临床分析 ,其早期临床表现复杂多样 ,进展快 ,疗效差 ,预后凶险。多次多部位骨髓穿刺和髓外受累部位的活检均可提高早期确诊率。进行系统的免疫组化、染色体和基因分析 ,寻找恶性组织的细胞标志物 。
To study 20 patients with MH for clinical features. They were characterized by complicated and various clinical manifestations, rapidly developed course, poor therapeutic effect and unfavourable prognosis. Repeated bone marrow and infiltrated tissue biopsies can improve early diagnosis. To seek its markers by immunophenotyping,chromosome and gene studies can further improve early diagnosis and prognosis.
