丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎及溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Hp-associated gastritis and peptic ulcer treated with lizhuweisanlian

目的 观察丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)相关性胃炎及消化性溃疡的临床疗效。 方法 Hp阳性的慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡 5 5例 ,给予丽珠胃三联治疗 ,均为 2次 /d ,疗程 7d。观察记录Hp根除率、胃炎及溃疡愈合情况、1周后临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果 4 8例完成治疗及复查 ,失访 7例。Hp根除率分别为慢性胃炎 93 .3 % ,消化性溃疡 94 .4 % ,总根除率为 93 .8%。临床总有效率分别为慢性胃炎 90 .0 % ,消化性溃疡 88.9%。两组在治疗过程中均有轻微不良反应 ,但不影响治疗。结论 丽珠胃三联 7d治疗方案具有药物剂量小、疗程短、Hp根除率高、炎症减轻和溃疡愈合迅速、副作用小等优点 ,是目前根除Hp、治疗Hp感染的慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡较为理想的方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lizhuweisanlian on chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer associated with H.pylori (Hp) infection. Method Hp positive 35 patients with chronic gastritis and 20 patients with peptic ulcer were given bismuth potassium citrate 0.22 g bid,clarithromycin 0.25 g bid and tinidazole 0.5 g bid for 7 days. The Hp eradication rates,effective rates of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,and side effects were observed. Results Seven patients were dropped and 48 patients completed treatment and follow up study.The Hp eradication rates of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were 93.3% and 94.4% respectively.The effective rates of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were 90.0% and 88.9% respectively.Mild side effects appeared in all patiens,but they did not interfere the treatment. Conclusion One week lizhuweisanlian regimen possesses the advantages of low dosage,short course,high eradication of Hp and mild side effects, thus it can be used as a first line Hp eradicating and chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer healing regimen.
