摘要
多层轻钢厂房在技术、经济、安全性等多方面具有明显的优点 ,但现有普钢规范不能满足这种新型结构的设计要求。为了推广多层轻钢厂房 ,结合具体实例介绍了它的结构体系、布置特点、计算方法等。通过具体方案的比较 ,框架 -支撑体系具有更好的侧向刚度与更优越的经济性 ,而组合楼盖梁在增大净空、加强体系刚度。
Compared with the residential structure, the paper first introduces the specialties of the light weight multi story industrial building. Then it reviews some remarkable aspects of multi story factories of light steel, the structure system, such as, the cladding structures as well as the contribution of composite beam. Projects of multi story factory are investigated to illustrate the application prospect. Frame brace system combined with composite beam is recommended for its lower cost and more superior working behavior.
