南水北调工程对生态环境的影响

Ecological environment impact of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

南水北调工程是解决我国南北水资源不平衡的关键措施。一般说来,跨流域调水对环境影响的过程,可以归纳为以下模式:调水→改变原来的水文情势→自然环境变化→经济社会变化。南水北调东线、中线和西线工程的实施,必然对水的调出区、调入区及其沿线地区的生态环境有不同的影响。为此,进一步认识、评价南水北调的环境影响,并提出科学合理的对策具有重大的应用价值和现实意义。

North-to-South Water Transfer Project is the key measure to solve the imbalance of water resources in North China and South China.Generally speaking,the impact process of cross-basin water transfer on water environment can be induced as the following mode:transferring water-->changing the original hydrological conditions-->natural environment changing-->economy and society changing.The implementation of Eastern Route、Middle Route and Western Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project will inevitably bring the different influences to ecological environment of diverted area、diverting area and the areas along the routes.Therefore,in order to further recognize and assess the environmental impact of North-to-South Water Transfer,scientific and rational countermeasures is very valuable and significant in application and reality.
