摘要
实施南水北调中线工程 ,须加高丹江口大坝 ,兴建 12 0 0多km的大型运河渠 ,将侵占耕地 4万多hm2 ,移迁相应数量的人口 由此提出分散兴建上游山区的大中型水库代替丹江口水库增容 ,抽水提升代替库水位增高 ,开拓来水疆域提高供水保证率 ,充分利用老河川与已建引黄工程 ,减小运河渠规模 ,化解所面临的工程技术难题的优化思路 。
For the Middle Route Project of South to North water transfer,the Danjingkou dam must be raised;and more than 1200km long grand canal should be constructed.Meanwhile,more than 40 000 hm 2 farmland will be occupied;and corresponding number of people should be resettled.Aiming at above mentioned problems,an optimizing train of thought is presented as follows:constracting large and medium sized reservoirs at the upper reaches of mountainous areas instead of increasing storage volume of Danjiangkou reservoir;exploiting areas of incoming flow to increase the ensuring rate of water supply;making the full use of the existing water conservancy projects to decrease the scale of canals.
