摘要
根据居住小区建设的现状,提出了居住小区环境设计的基本原则,并从合理控制建筑密度和容积率、重视生态环境建设、完善公共设施和服务设施等方面阐述了居住小区外部环境设计问题。
Based on the present status of residential quarter consturction,the authors present the basic principle of residential quarter environment design and describe the outsid e environment deisgn at such aspects as rational control of building density and plot ratio,attention to ecological environment construction and improvement of public service facilities.
