摘要
本文对草莓在侧面送风、垂直送风两种方式下的差压通风预冷过程进行了实验研究。实验测试结果表明 :垂直送风式具有冷却速度更快、冷却更均匀的特点。此外 ,还对草莓垂直送风预冷过程进行了数值模拟 ,计算结果与实验测试吻合较好 ,为实践中草莓预冷处理时风速、包装箱大小等参数的选择提供了理论依据。
By the type of lateral ventilation and vertical ventilation,experimental study on Pressure drop ventilation precooling of strawberry has been conducted.The results of measurement show that the cooling rate in vertical ventilation is quicker than lateral ventilation and the cooling uniformity is better too.In addition,a simulation model gives good results when compared to experimental data on pressure drop ventilation precooling of strawberry in vertical ventilation.It provides theoretical basis for selecting airflow rate,size of carton and other parameters in pressure drop ventilation precooling of strawberry.
