通过分析在生产控制过程中可能受到的几种控制阻力对实现控制功能的积极作用 ,进而提出在生产控制系绕设计中合理应用阻尼机理的必要性原则、有效抑制原则。

The positive effect is analysed of several types of control resistance contributing to the control function.Several Principles--'Necessary Principle','Effectively Restrain Principle','Systematic Principle' and 'Organization Adaptability Principle'--are put forward in applying damp mechanizm to system design of production control.
