福建汉族系统性红斑狼疮与HLA-DR基因的关联研究

Association of HLA-DR and the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus in Chinese Fujian Han

目的 探讨 HL A- DR多态性与 SLE的易感性关系。方法 用聚合酶链反应 -序列特异引物 (PCR- SSP)方法 ,对 80例 SLE患者和 1 0 4例健康人 HLA- DR基因进行研究。结果 SL E患者 DR1 5基因频率明显升高 (P<0 .0 0 1 ,RR=3.86) ,DR3、 DR4基因频率显著下降 (P<0 .0 5,RR=0 .48;P<0 .0 5,RR=0 .38) ,DR1 5阳性的患者中狼疮性肾炎发病率高于其它患者 (P<0 .0 5,RR=3.1 5) ,抗 SSA抗体也明显升高 (P<0 .0 5,RR=3.46)

To explore the allelic polymorphism of HLA DR loci and susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers(PCR SSP) were used to study HLA DR genes in 80 patients with SLE of Han nationality from Fujian province and matched 104 healthy controls.Results the results showed that DR15 genes frequency was significantly more frequent in SLE patient group(P<0 001,RR=3 86),whereas DR3,DR4 significantly decreased in patients compared with controls(P<0 05,RR=0 48;P<0 05,RR=0 38).In patients with DR15 alleles,the incidence of lupus nephritis(LN) was significantly higher compared with those without(P<0 05,RR=3 15),and the positive rate of anti SSA antibody in these patients was apparently higher(P<0 05,RR=3 46)
