腹腔镜下经腹会阴直肠癌切除术3例报告

Laparosocpic resection of rectal cancer by abdomen-Perineum

目的 :川东北地区率先开展腹腔镜下经腹会阴直肠癌切除术报告。方法 :针对 3位老年、高危、合并其他重要器官功能不全的病人采用腹腔镜下经腹会阴直肠癌切除术。结果 :手术顺利 ,术后恢复良好 ,痛苦轻 ,无术后并发症。结论 :对于尚未穿透肠壁 ,周围无广泛转移 ,不需广泛清扫的大肠肿瘤患者 ,尤其是老年、高危、合并其他重要器官功能不全的病人 ,腹腔镜切除是一种安全、创伤小。

Objective:3 cases of laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer by abdomen perineum was firstly reported in North Sichuan.Methods:Laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer by abdomen perineum was performed to 3 old patients with high risk and other system organ function disorder.Results:This kind of operation was successfully done and postoperative recovery was more rapid than traditional operation.Moreover,this newnoperation reduced patients′pain and complications.Conclusion:Laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer by abdomen perineum is a good procedure to some earlier period large bowel tumor,especially to old and high risk patients.
