In West Liaoning ,fossilis are heavily disordered sampled,indiscriminately dug,and illegally dealt and smuggled.These phenomena have caused scientists,leaders and departments in charge pay high attention,and fossil protection regulation has worked out and has begun to be carriedout.The purpose of researching fossils by scientists it to discover their scientific values,but laws and regulation are a necessary condition that fossilis realize their values.(The end)
