摘要
采用变温 (室温至 98℃ ) -变湿循环处理方式对JBO90 13和JH 90 0 5中的每一单组分以及这些组分同CG47 2 #胶两两接触构成的体系进行湿热循环处理 ,并用VST、TG、DTA和微热量热计对体系的相容性进行了测定 ,对作用后的部分凝聚相和气相分别进行了IR和GC MS分析。结果表明 :( 1)在变温 -变湿条件下 ,JBO90 13与CG47 2 #胶不相容的原因主要是HMX与CG47 2 #胶不相容所致 ;( 2 )在变温 -变湿条件下 ,JH90 0 5与CG47 2 #胶不相容的原因主要是PVB与CG47 2
The variable temperature(room temperature to 98 ℃) variable moisture circulation was used on every component in JH9005 and JBO9013 and binary systems of these components with CG47 2 # binder.The compatibility of the binary system is studied by VST,TG,DTA and microcalorimetry,IR and GC MS spectrum were used to analyse the parts of condensed phase and gas phase after interaction. The results show that under the conditions of variable temperature variable moisture circulation, the imcompatibility between JBO9013 and CG47 2 #binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of HMX with CG47 2 # binder and that between JH9005 and CG47 2 # binder mainly results from the imcompatibility of PVB with CG47 2 # binder.
