摘要
试验了一种硅铝耐热球铁 (含 1.8% - 2 .8%C、≤ 6.0 %Si、≤ 7.0 %Al、≤ 0 .5 %Mn、≤ 0 .10 0 %P、≤ 0 .0 3 0 %S、0 .0 3 0 % - 0 .0 65 %Mg、和 0 .0 2 0 % - 0 .0 4 0 %Re)。此合金可以在 10 0 0℃以下使用。本文就硅铝耐热球铁的特性。
Trial producing a Si-Al heat resisting alloy (1.8%-2.8 %C?≤6.0 %Si?≤7.0 %Al?≤0.5 %Mn?≤0.100 %P?≤0.030 %S?0.030%-0.065 %Mg?0.020 %-0.040 %Re). Alloy apply to 1 000 ℃. Some of the technical problems such as character of Si-Al heat resisting alloy,choose and use method,melting procedure are studied.
