进气道布置对4气门柴油机进气门口三维流场的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在稳流模拟试验台上 ,利用自行研制的单独进气道、4气门柴油机试验缸盖、气门口三维流速测量装置 ,用热线风速仪测量了不同进气道布置方案下的进气门口三维流场 ,揭示了进气道的布置对 4气门柴油机进气门口三维流场影响的变化规律。进气道布置角度的变化对 4气门柴油机各气道气门口流场产生较大影响。螺旋气道布置角度的变化使螺旋气道的各速度大小、切向速度的分布及切向气道的各速度大小发生较大变化 ,且升程愈大 ,变化愈明显 ; With experimental cylinder head of four valve diesel engine,single ports and flow velocity measuring device around the intake valve exit,an experimental study on the stationary flow test bench were carried out by using hot wire anemometer.The law of effects of intake port layout on intake valve exit three dimensional flow fields in four valve diesel engine was explored.The change of two port layout angle has great effects on each port intake valve exit flow fields.The change of helical port layout angle leads to great changes on the magnitude of each velocity component of both helical port and directional port,also,on the distribution of tangential velocity component of helical port.The changes are more obvious while the lift is higher.The change of directional port has great effects on the magnitude of velocity of helical port and directional port.
