高速摩托车发动机的性能改进与设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了摩托车发动机采用单轴平衡、双顶置凸轮轴、4气门、屋顶型燃烧室结构以及风、油双重冷却系统等先进技术的综合性能。通过分析上述技术系统对摩托车发动机性能的影响 ,提出了一种高速、高性能摩托车发动机的改进设计方案 ,并应用于 15 7YMI摩托车发动机的样机设计中。试验结果表明 ,上述综合技术系统的应用取得了理想的效果 。 In this paper,one axis balancer mechanism,four valve,roof type combustion chamber and air oil double cooling system are investigated on a motorcycle engine.After the analysis on the performances of the motorcycle engine with all the technologies above,a new type of 157YMI motorcycle engine is developed.By means of the analysis and experiments the conclusion is drawn out that the new technologies used in 157YMI motorcycle engine are advanced and reasonable.
