摘要
发展了一个装甲车辆柴油机调速系统的仿真模型。将发动机任一工况下调速器齿杆位置与油门开度和转速联系起来 ,建立了调速系统静力学和动力学方程 ;动力学方程用 2个一阶微分方程表示。引入连续性函数 sigmoid函数代替非连续性函数 sign函数 ,从而能够方便地应用数值积分方法求解动力学方程 ,并且避免了计算结果的小范围振荡。对一台装甲车辆柴油机调速系统的仿真实例显示 。
A simulation model of the governing system for armored vehicle diesel engines has been developed.The stable and dynamics equations of governing systems have been constructed in which the governor rack position has been related to the pedal position and engine revolution for any engine working condition.The governor dynamics equation has been expressed in 2 one order differental equations,and a continuous function(function sigmoid) has been used as a substitute for function sign.So the dynamics equation can be evaluated conveniently by applying numerical integral methods,and the oscillation of the numerical integral solution within a small range can be avoided.An example was shown for an armored vehicle engine,which indicated that this model is able to simulate stable and transient working conditions of governing systems for armored vehicle engines,and calculate the performance parameters of the governing system.
