摘要
宽筛分流化床的流体动力学特性的研究,对于改善循环流化床的设计与运行具有重大的意义.简要介绍自行设计并搭建的试验台系统。利用CCD的图像快速采集功能,获得了不同气速下床内的流态图像,并用图像处理方法对这些原始图像进行了有效的处理.实现循环流化床内空气动力学特性的可视化,为图像处理技术应用到循环流化床锅炉作了有益的尝试。
The study on hydrodynamics of CFB, especially using the coal with broad distribu- tion, is very significant to improve CFB's design and operation. Our bench system is briefly introduced. Using the CCD's function of fast imagepicking, the images of different flow state under different air flow rate have been gained. The original images wereprocessed using the second developing software. These testified that the visualization of the hydrodynamics in CFB was realized. The research is the basis of further study of hydrodynamics visualization and the test research on applying image processing to CFB.
