摘要
描述了柴油机高压共轨电控喷油系统的工作原理和实施方案 ,并展开了对该系统全面的研究。完成了基于现场总线的分布式电控柴油机开发环境设计、高速电磁阀驱动模块的开发和电控单元硬软件系统的整体设计等 。
The working principal and realizing plan of an electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel injection system has been introduced.This paper sets up a field bus based on distributed environment for developing electronically controlled diesel engine,exploits a driving module for high-speed electromagnetic valves,and proposes the all-around design for ECU's hardware and software.This work will prepare for the next experiment on an engine test rig.
