直流电弧炉稳弧装置控制特点与C型滤波器特性分析

摘要 阐述了直流电弧炉采用稳弧装置的原理、组成、控制特点,并与交流电弧炉所用SVC补偿装置作比较。稳弧装置除TCR型SVC外还包括装设在35kV母线上3次、5次、7次、11次兼高通滤波器。对各滤波器组的特点作了阐述,从而对直流电弧炉稳弧装置形成一个完整概念。 A description was made on principle build-up and control characteristics of arc stabilizing device used by DC electric arc furnace. The device was compared with SVC compensation device used by AC electric arc furnace. Besides TCR and SVC arc stabilizing devices, there were multiple high-pass filters of triple harmonics, quintuple harmonics, seven-times harmonics and eleven-times harmonics, installed on 35 kV bus. Characteristics of various filter units were presented so as to give a completed concept of the arc stabilizing device of the DC electric arc furnace.
