顶杆小车给水系统改造

Transformation of Water Supply System in a Buggy with an Ejector Rod

摘要 针对顶杆内冷及顶头冷却满足不了生产工艺要求和顶头消耗大等现状,提出了一种先进合理的给水工艺改造方案。改造后,提高了冷却效果,满足了工艺对轧管速度及轧管质量要求,并降低了顶头消耗。 Internal cooling of ejector rods and cooling of plugs could not meet the needs of production process and consumption of plugs was large. According to the above problems, a reasonable transformation plan for water supply was proposed. The transformation enhanced cooling effect, met the requirements of the process to speed and quality of pipe rolling. It also reduced the consumption of plugs.
