摘要
鞍山钢铁集团1998年、2000年底相继实现全转炉炼钢和全连铸,引起全公司用氧系统平衡发生变化。阐述了在鞍钢现有制氧设备及用氧条件下,进行动态调整,使供用氧系统趋于平衡,确保生产稳定,提高综合经济效益的对策。
It realized all steelmaking by converters and 100%continuous casting in Anshan Iron &Steel Group Co. in 1998 and 2000 respectively. This caused conversion of balance of the oxygen supply system. The countermeasure was presented for dynamic conditioning under the condition of the existing oxygen making machines and oxygen supply so that oxygen supply would trend towards balance. Therefore, stable production was assured and comprehensive economic benefits were enhanced.
