摘要
高强化16V240ZB柴油机的燃油喷射系统曾出现过穴蚀、二次喷射以及喷油器针阀断裂、喷油泵柱塞卡住、供油凸轮剥离等一系列问题。采用改进而成的缓冲型出油阀后,达到了减轻二次喷射的效果,使喷油嘴的穴蚀现象有了一定程度的减轻。通过在结构设计、材料、热处理、制造精度、维护保养等方面采取有效措施,提高了燃油喷射系统的性能和可靠性。
In this research effort, based on extensive analysis, a derived buff-type dashpot delivery valve is applied, and integrate coamermeasures in relation to parts design, material, heat treatment, processing precision and maintenance are taken to overcome such difficulties as cavitation erosion, secondary injection, rupture of needle valve body seizure of injection Pump plunger and peeling of injection cam once taking place in the fuel injection system of hopped-ap 16V240ZB diesel engines, which have resulted in limited secondary injection and eased nozzle cavitation to a certain degree, and in improved performance and reliability of the fuel system.
