摘要
机车车辆—轨道耦合动力学仿真已经开展了数值仿真、图形可视化等研究 ,但如何将相关的研究集成起来 ,形成一个单平台的较为完善的仿真系统 ,是一个急待解决的问题。文中采用面向对象的系统设计方法 ,结合基于变参数的车辆几何结构的三维生成、基于帧图象的动力学可视再现和曲线二维可视化等技术 ,将系统可视化模块和动力学计算模块有效地结合起来 ,研究了系统开发环境的结合方式、系统集成框架、基于CVF、VC和OPENGL等不同语言间的混合联编等问题。并给出了系统集成中基于标识集的数据传递流程和共享方式 ,定义了不同的独立模块之间的数据接口 ,提供了一个考虑计算、图形、和综合可视界面的合理的系统开发环境 。
It is known that numerical simulation and visualization have been studied in the simulation of vehicle track coupled dynamics. However, how to integrate relative research, and develop an integrated platform complete simulation system, is an important problem to be resolved. In this paper, on the basis of variable parameter based 3 D generation of vehicle geometric structure, frame image based dynamical visualization and curve visualization, we utilize object oriented system design, integrate computing module and visualized module together, study several fields such as integration of developing platform, frame of integration of functions, CVF, VC and OPENGL based mixed compilation, and present flag set based data transmission workflow and data sharing, which are crucial in the system integration of vehicle track coupled dynamical simulation, and define data exchange interaction among different functional modules. Finally a developing environment considering computation, graphics, integrated visualized interface and so on is provided. Integrated software used in the field of vehicle track Coupled dynamics simulation is developed.
