本文介绍了帕呋锅巴的生产工艺,帕呋锅巴以玉米为原料,采取膨化挤压技术生产,产品独具风格,为玉米的开发利用开辟了一条新途径。
The production technique of puff corn crust has been introduced in this paper. Puff corn crust is produced with corn as raw material adopting puff and extrusion technology. it is very delicious. This provides a new way for corn development and utilization.
