摘要
针对下花园发电厂 3号炉的再热器热段超温、爆管问题 ,在充分调研的基础上 ,采用不同的锅炉热力计算标准 ,对不同煤种进行了校核性热力计算、燃烧过程三维数值计算、再热器壁温计算 ,并对再热器超温、爆管的原因作了全面而详尽的分析。根据实际情况提出了改进建议 ,不但具有重要的工程实用价值 。
The problem of the overheating and tube rupture of reheater in Xiahuayuan Power Plant is studied.Based on the results of heating calculation,according to different criteria of the numerical calculation of the burning process and the tube temperature calculation of the reheater,the reasons for overheating and tube rupture are analyzed in detail.Finally, some proposes for improvement are presented.
