锅炉热管空气预热器失效再生试验研究

摘要 热管失效是阻碍热管预热器发展的一大难题。本文介绍热管失效的原因及恢复传热能力的原理 ,通过对略阳发电厂 1号锅炉热管预热器两年多的性能测试 ,说明加装热管元件失效再生附加装置 ,是防止热管失效的有效手段 ,为热管技术的推广利用奠定了良好的基础。 Lose efficiency of hot pipe is an obstacle to impede the development of hot pipe pre-heater. The reason of causing lose efficiency and the principle of restoring heat transfer capability are introduced in this paper. Through the performance test of No.1 boiler heat pipe pre-heater in Lueyang Power Plant in these two years, it is showed that the erection of additional regenerative device is an effective measure to prevent lose efficiency of hot pipe, and provide good foundation for the application and dissemination of hot pipe technology.
