摘要
宝鸡第二发电厂 1号机自投运以来 ,汽水中二氧化硅含量经常超标 ,超标原因是基建调试阶段未洗硅和预处理中未除掉的胶体硅在高温下转化为溶解硅所致 ,采取锅炉洗硅 ,调试机械加速澄清池和大修阴床 ,复苏树脂等措施后 。
Silicon dioxide concentration in steam and water of Unit 1, Baoji No.2 Power Plant was over the standard since the startup. By checking the equipment and analyzing the water quality, it is found that the unscrubbed silicon during construction and adjustment period and unremoved colloid silicon in pretreatment has turned into dissolved silicon in high temperature. The concentration of silicon dioxide is up to the standard after the following actions are taken, such as silicon scrubbing in boiler, adjusting of mechanically accelerated clarifier, anion bed overhauling and resin resuscitating.
